Tailored, Personalized Self-Defense Training

Generic classes build confidence.

Custom training changes lives.

Most people don’t see the gaps in their self-defense skills until a real threat exposes them—when it’s too late.

Personalized, private training closes those gaps, giving you Presence to deter danger, Power with proven skills, and the Peace to live boldly.

Walk away not just safe, but secure enough to show up fully in every part of your life.

Deep down, you wonder: “Am I really capable of protecting my family? Are my kids going to be okay if the unthinkable happens?

Cookie-Cutter Training Doesn't Work

While any and every self defense class helps women to feel better -

I only provide personalized training because it's what you need to be truly prepared.

No two families—or threats—are the same. That’s why personalized training is so powerful. It allows us to focus on your unique concerns, strengths, values and lifestyle so you can walk away with practical skills that...

✅ Legitimately work

✅ You're comfortable with,

✅ You're willing to use and

✅ Actually fit your real life.

Because if any one of those boxes aren't checked - you are NOT prepared to protect yourself.

I draw from a well-rounded background—spanning martial arts, self-defense, weapons training, trauma-informed consulting, and intuitive decision-making— so you’re not just getting training in one area.

Even if you're only interested in one type of training, you get a comprehensive, layered approach designed to prevent problems, respond effectively under pressure, and empower your whole family with lasting confidence in order to legitimately be and feel safe your in life and in relationships.

We keep it simple: you share your interests, goals and concerns, and I’ll design a tailored plan that can draw from any—or all—of the following areas of training.

Karate

Training in IKCA Kenpo (aka "scientific dirty fighting", a simple and effective art for real world self defense) can come to you in your home.

Skip the busy dojo and get expert martial arts instruction in the comfort of your own space. Whether it’s just for you, your child, or a small group of friends or family, this personalized, in-home training is tailored to your goals, pace, and needs.

More than just punches and kicks, private training strengthens connection. Families bond through shared movement and mutual support, while kids learn discipline, confidence, and respect in a familiar, low-pressure setting. It’s especially helpful for families navigating difficult behavioral challenges as well as kids who thrive with extra patience, structure, or one-on-one attention.

This is training designed for real life—where relationships matter, safety is personal, and growth happens together.

CPL Training

Training is in the USCCA curriculum by USCCA and NRA instructors that come to you in the comfort of your own home or location of your choosing.

This isn’t just about checking a box—it’s about real readiness. In our private Concealed Pistol License (CPL) training, we’ll meet all of your state's legal requirements for certification and go deeper. You won’t just understand the law—you’ll learn how it applies to your specific needs, values, and lifestyle.

Whether you’re completely new to firearms or working through past trauma, you’ll leave this training with clarity and confidence. You'll be on your way to meeting your self-defense goals in a way that feels grounded and personal.

Not sure if this is the right path for you? No worries. We are self-defense experts, rather than firearm enthusiasts, and CPL training is an affordable way to have a full day of training that leads to you knowing exactly where you are in your self defense goals (including what tool may be a better fit for you).

Even better? When CPL Training is taken with loved ones, this experience builds trust and connection. Families and partners walk away not only more prepared—but with the peace of mind that comes from knowing the people they care about are safe, capable, and protected.

Self-Defense

Every training session is about you. Our niche programs are tailored specifically to the unique needs of women, children, and families—because safety isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Unlike many self-defense classes that are short-sighted or overly idealistic, our training fully considers real-life challenges civilians face — these are the scenarios that everyday people who don't enjoy the privileges or backup that most professionals teaching us are trained to rely on in unsafe scenarios. We focus on practical, legal, and effective strategies that work for the everyday life of the average person.

Through personalized coaching, hands-on practice, and mindset work, you’ll gain skills to recognize threats, set boundaries, and respond confidently under pressure. Whether you’re new to self-defense or sharpening your skills, we meet you where you are to build lasting confidence and real-world readiness.

Most importantly, in every offering we will be looking for and addressing mental blocks and limiting beliefs that lead to a person not correctly identifying danger or doing something about it.

Enjoy short classes, a full day, an intensive weekend of "boot camp" - whatever fits your needs and willingness to train.

This is more than emergency prep—it’s about creating everyday peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

Weapons Training

Get focused training in order to get skilled and confident with the self-defense tool(s) or weapon(s) of your choice.

Taser
Knives

Firearms

Pepper spray
Improvised Weapons

Tactical pens

Batons

& More

Learn to not only use your tool of choices effectively, legally, and under pressure - but also within your value system. We’ll cover proper grip, deployment, real-world application, and safety—so you’re not just carrying a tool, but actually prepared to use it with purpose. Most importantly, we will cover retention, so that you're capable of being sure you hang onto your tool of choice.

Training is customized to your lifestyle, values, and experience level. While 1:1 training is great, when training with a partner or family member these sessions are a powerful way to build trust and shared preparedness.

Knowing your loved ones are safe—and know how to protect themselves—brings an unshakeable peace of mind that lasts far beyond the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

When you schedule training, a more thorough, detailed and training-specific FAQ Sheet will be emailed to you with all the info you could need and want. These are to hold you over for now.

How do I know which training I should take?

Don't worry about it! You submit the form; we provide a proposal. We'll communicate until all of your questions have been answered, and we have created a proposal for the perfect program for your needs, lifestyle, values and concerns.

Do I need prior experience?

Nope. All of our training is for real people - meaning of every shape and size, with-and-without injuries and limitations.

Be sure to talk to your doctor. If you are concerned about your hips, your shoulder, your knees, etc we will tailor and adapt all training to what you bring (and do not bring) to the table.

Every person is capable and deserves to be and feel safe.

Do we need to wear athletic clothes to specific attire?

Athletic clothes are the most comfortable, but you’re welcome to wear your everyday attire. After all, we’re preparing for real-life situations—so if you want to train in a pencil skirt and heels, go for it! Just don't wear your best stuff; they're going to get roughed up a bit.

How much is a personalized self-defense program?

To get an idea, training starts at $795+. The amount of the investment depends on a few factors, like where training takes place, the type and amount of training, how many participants, etc.

Because every person needs and deserves a personalized training plan, we send program pricing straight to your email after you submit a request with your needs and interest.

Is it possible to make payments?

Absolutely! Training like this is an investment, and our payment processor offers 3rd party apps that allow qualifying person to set up payment plans.

Where does training take place?

You decide! We bring training all over the U.S., with certain programs limited by state laws. Most sessions happen in private homes—living rooms or basements (we’ll even help move furniture if needed!). We have also provided training in school gyms, local churches, VFW halls, yoga studios, and other spaces. Depending on your area, we arrange for trusted locations ready to host your training.

This is your training. You tell us how many people and what you want to learn, and we'll create a personalized plan training plan that meets your needs - always with a low instructor to student ratio.

Is there a maximum number of participants?

Great question. For most types of training, we recommend 10–15 participants for optimal attention (you'll have at least 2 instructors). There are more advanced principles are limited to 10 to maintain a 1:5 instructor-to-student ratio and ensure everyone receives high-quality, hands-on instruction. Larger groups are possible but may reduce personalized attention.

What ages of children can train?

We offer training for children of every age starting at 2. For younger children, we use solution-focused, age-appropriate books, role-playing, and interactive activities to teach important safety concepts. As children get older, they learn more advanced tools and techniques for avoidance, escape, and self-defense. By around age 8, kids are typically ready to participate in hands-on training alongside adults, with age-appropriate guidance.

All training considers state laws and regulations, as well as your family’s values, needs, and concerns. Submit a request, and we’ll design a custom training program and package that’s right for your children.
